Solution
All libmikmod 3.2 users should upgrade to the latest version:

All libmikmod 3.1 users should upgrade to the latest version:
# emerge --sync
# emerge --ask --oneshot --verbose '>=media-libs/libmikmod-3.1.12-r1'
