Debian Security Advisory DSA 2690-1 (libxxf86dga - several vulnerabilities)

Summary
Ilja van Sprundel of IOActive discovered several security issues in multiple components of the X.org graphics stack and the related libraries: Various integer overflows, sign handling errors in integer conversions, buffer overflows, memory corruption and missing input sanitising may lead to privilege escalation or denial of service.
Solution
For the oldstable distribution (squeeze), these problems have been fixed in version 2:1.1.1-2+squeeze1. For the stable distribution (wheezy), these problems have been fixed in version 2:1.1.3-2+deb7u1. For the unstable distribution (sid), these problems have been fixed in version 2:1.1.3-2+deb7u1. We recommend that you upgrade your libxxf86dga packages.
Insight
libXxf86dga provides the 'XFree86-DGA' extension, which allows direct graphics access to a framebuffer-like region, and also allows relative mouse reporting, et al.
