Configuring Proxy Settings
You can configure Acunetix On-Premises to use a proxy server if your environment requires it to connect to the Internet. Using a proxy server will affect product updates, license activation, and AcuMonitor requests.
This option is not necessary for Acunetix Online and is therefore not visible.
How to configure proxy settings
- Log in to Acunetix On-Premises.
- Select Proxy Settings from the left-side menu.
- Click on the checkbox next to Use Proxy Settings to enable the option.
- Specify the proxy address and port.
- If authentication is required to connect to the proxy server, click on the checkbox next to This proxy server requires authentication.
- Then enter the necessary username and password to connect to the proxy server.
- Click Save.
