LSR troubleshooting

This document provides details on common LSR (Login Sequence Recorder) playback errors, their potential causes, and recommended troubleshooting steps. Understanding these errors can help diagnose and resolve session-related issues efficiently.

Error: "LSR playback failed"

This error occurs when three consecutive attempts to create a valid session have failed.

  • User intervention may be required to manually run the LSR playback via Target settings to verify functionality
  • The usual method to identify a playback failure is by checking the logs. Review each request sent during playback to determine the issue. Browser logs may also reveal the failed action.
  • A common issue is when the session detection request is time-based. This means it works during recording but fails during playback, such as when the session is stored in the URL path. In such cases, a different session detection request is needed.
