Installing Invicti API Security for Acunetix 360 On-Premises
Invicti API Security Standalone or Bundle for on-premises instances is a separate installation file. Once installed, the API Discovery component will be visible in your Acunetix 360 On-Premises instance. This document explains how to install Invicti API Security as an Acunetix 360 On-Premises installation component.
PREREQUISITES: For successful installation of Invicti API Security, the following applications must be installed on the server where you are running Acunetix 360 On-Premises:

How to install API Security for Acunetix 360 On-Premises
To install Invicti API Security On-Premises, first, ensure you have established the prerequisites listed above, then follow the steps below:
- Update your Acunetix 360 On-Premises installation to the latest version, including updating the Authentication Verifier Agent.
- Refer to How to update Acunetix 360 On-Premises for instructions.
- Run the ApiHubServiceSetup.exe file from the folder where you extracted the .zip file after downloading the latest version of Acunetix 360 On-Premises.
- Click Next to start the Acunetix 360 API Hub Service Setup Wizard and select an installation folder.
- Click Install to begin the installation.
- Follow the on-screen instructions in the Acunetix 360 API Hub Service Setup Wizard to complete the installation.
NOTE: If you do not have the prerequisite applications installed, the setup wizard will prompt you to install them during the 'configuring prerequisite software' stage of the installation. |
- Click Finish to exit the Setup Wizard.
Invicti API Security is now installed as part of your Acunetix 360 On-Premises instance.
