If Acunetix Online cannot connect to your target, it may be due to a firewall or WAF blocking connections. Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
Confirm that your firewall is not blocking connections from Acunetix. All Acunetix Online scans originate from the following domains:
- scanners.acunetix.com (EU-based customers: scanners-eu.invicti.com)
- online.acunetix.com
- app.invicti.com (EU-based customers: app-eu.invicti.com)
Ensure you can still connect to the website from your browser, as the firewall may not be blocking your IP address.
If the target is hosting a website, re-verify the connection from Acunetix by performing a scan target re-verification. This action will prompt Acunetix to request the verification file and report any errors encountered during the process.
