Chunghwa Telecom is Taiwan’s largest integrated telecommunications services company that provides fixed-line, mobile, broadband, and internet services. Having used IBM AppScan in the past, they wanted to find a solution that would meet their needs at lower costs. Approximately 50 developers at Chunghwa Telecom are currently using Acunetix Enterprise Edition during the Software Development Lifecycle, on over 100 internal websites. Chunghwa Telecom routinely tests .NET, Java and Visual Basic applications running on Microsoft IIS and Ubuntu, using Acunetix, for which it has proven to be very effective.
